Our mission:
As countries around the world adds more renewable sources—many of which are intermittent—on to their power grids, there is a growing need for cost-effective energy storage. Without adequate energy storage capacity, many of these grids have no option but to add increasing number of combined cycle gas turbine (CCGT) plants to their grids to address the inherent intermittency of the renewable sources (e.g. wind and solar).
Needless to say this somewhat negates the primary
purposes of increasing renewable energy source in ourpower grids. Our technology promises to rectify this with vastly more cost-effective grid scale storage than what’s available today.
Who we are:
Previously, we have worked on different aspects of battery storage
technology. For example, we have worked on battery cell modeling, battery management system (BMS) designs, control and monitoring systems for battery energy storage systems (BESS), high accuracy energy-flow measurement systems, battery pack and module designs, and more. These past experiences and knowledge provide us with unique insights into key issues that need addressing to bring about a paradigm shift in grid-scale energy storage technology.
